As per Japanese Union of Scientists & Engineers (JUSE, the official body that is responsible for Total Quality Management (TQM) Promotion across the world), “TQM is a set of systematic activities carried out by the entire organization to effectively and efficiently achieve company objectives so as to provide products and services with a level of quality that satisfies customers at the appropriate time and price”. This is a series of seven books on Total Quality Management (TQM) that provides a complete guide to the theory and practice of TQM.
